I hope you truely do not need them in an emergency. I dialed 911 at shift change due to reckless drivers and was called back an hour later then told I would have to call the cheif personally and given a number.Two hours later an officer Houser showed up and told me his radar unit only worked at certain angles and for me to call the state troopers along with me to keep my grand kids out of the road that cars had the right of way not pedestrians.
Officers are polite and like to keep a close eye on everything. OPD is always around and very helpful. Just keep 2 car lengths between you and the person in front of you and do the speed limit!!!
